Join the Global Leader Experience (GLE) - a powerful leadership programme to develop your inclusive leadership skills.

The GLE brings together approximately:

The programme will give you real and practical experiences, instil in you a global perspective and challenge you to adapt and thrive in diverse situations. It will equip you with the tools you need to lead change now and in the future.

The GLE will run over 3 days:

The GLE comprises a four-stage online process, combining plenary discussions and reflections; group work and exercises in breakouts; keynote speakers and immersion visits.

 

What happens?

Together, you will explore a major international challenge: “How can our cities overcome crisis by advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals?” Using a creative and collaborative process you develop innovative solutions to this Challenge.

Throughout the programme you will interact with senior leaders across different sectors and industries, collaborate with peers from diverse backgrounds, and develop the skills required to quickly understand and navigate complex situations.

Upon successfully completing the programme, students can earn the Common Purpose Global Leadership micro-credential—a digital certification to showcase the skills and competencies they develop through the programme. This digital badge can be shared on social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
