Beatriz is an experienced instructional designer at TU Dublin, contributing to the GROWTHhub Project. She collaborates with academic staff, entrepreneurs and SMEs to design and develop online learning programmes that support entrepreneurial thinking and innovation. Beatriz is also responsible for overseeing the development of Creation Studios for video and podcast production.
Her expertise extends to the technical implementation and continuous development of learning programmes on the VLE (Moodle, BrightSpace). Beatriz also provides pedagogical support to educators, enhancing their use of educational technologies to improve teaching and learning practices.
Prior to working with TU Dublin and joining GROWTHhub, Beatriz worked extensively in the field of online education. She has performed multiple tasks related to the management, design, and development of e-learning programmes, including instructional design, storyboarding, development of SCORM content packages using authoring tools, dynamisation of online courses, and functional administration of LMS platforms.
Beatriz is a graduate of Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM), holding Bachelor’s Degree in Pedagogy, Master’s Degree in Special Education and Master’s Degree in Teacher Training for Secondary Education, specialization in Educational Guidance. Her professional experience includes collaborating on educational projects with prestigious institutions, including UCLA, UC Berkeley, MIT, ESADE, Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, and SEPE (Public State Employment Service), providing creative and innovative e-learning solutions.
