Peter is a Senior Engagement Manager focusing on the ICT sector including Cloud, Cyber, IOT and Fintech enterprises. Working closely with our enterprise partners in the ICT sector, Peter’s role is to broker innovation and skills solutions for enterprise, working across and within the University’s Faculties, Research and Innovation Hubs.
Peter is a qualified PRINCE 2 practitioner with a primary degree in banking and a master’s degree in digital humanities. Before joining TU Dublin, he gained a wealth of management and production experience in a variety of industry sectors including banking, education and ICT. He has worked in leading national and international companies such as Bank of Ireland, Vivendi Universal Games and Intel. He is a technology entrepreneur, having founded two games and mobile app startups. Peter lectures in global games publishing, digital business models and technical project management.
As an industry veteran, Peter is excited about the collaborative potential of closer links between enterprise and academia. His experience is that it is the people, not the tech, that drives an organisation's innovation, creativity and competitive strategy. His role is to work across the University to deliver value for enterprises by meeting their current and future skills and talent requirements.
