As an Educational Developer at the Enterprise Academy my role is to work closely with enterprise partners and faculties to develop skills solutions for enterprise. I have had a particular emphasis on piloting the Global Innovation Team model where international student teams have collaborated to solve design challenges set by our enterprise partners who also mentor the students. The focus of this work is to develop best practice models to support scaling the facilitation of co-creation and give students exposure to enterprise engagement. In addition, I lecture in design and innovation, and I am programme chair for the level 8 mechanical engineering programme in City Campus.  
 
Previously I spent 10 years in advanced development and design roles in the automotive and connector industries where I developed my skills in stakeholder engagement, leadership, planning and management. Since joining TU Dublin, formerly DIT, I have refined my skills in the development of academic content and teaching methods. I am a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of Engineers Ireland.
