Enterprise Academy Hosts Facilitator Workshop to Foster Collaborative Partnerships
TU Dublin Enterprise Academy recently hosted a curriculum design half-day workshop to strengthen our collaborative partnership with the TU Dublin School of Management, People, and Organisations (MPO) and Technology Ireland Digital Skillnet’s Women ReBOOT programme.
The workshop brought together facilitators and stakeholders to address curriculum development and enhance learning outcomes for participants. Dr. Dee Duffy from the Enterprise Academy and Ann Masterson from the School of MPO led the session with Dr Matt Smith, Enterprise Academy, providing expert guidance to ensure an engaging and impactful learning design process.
This collaborative workshop provided facilitators with valuable insights into the principles of constructive alignment in third-level curriculum design. Through focused discussions, participants explored strategies to ensure that learning outcomes, teaching methods, and assessment approaches were seamlessly aligned to meet the needs of learners.
The partnership exemplifies TU Dublin Enterprise Academy’s commitment to forging meaningful collaborations that bridge academic expertise and industry needs. By working closely with Technology Ireland Digital Skillnet, TU Dublin aims to provide tailored programmes that empower learners and create pathways for professional growth.
We look forward to seeing the impact of this partnership as it continues to support learners and drive positive change in the technology sector.
