Joining TU Dublin in 2024, Aoife began her career in the geosciences, working in academia and research operations before transitioning into her latest role as Senior Manager of TrailblazHER™. A champion for equity, diversity and inclusion for all, Aoife has designed, led and supported a number of organisations and supports focusing on empowering others and working towards a more equitable future. As an experienced operations and project manager, she leads the TrailblazHER™ team, heading up the strategic and day-to-day operations.
