Caroline Gilleran Stephens is a passionate educator and environmental researcher with a focus on sustainability, water management and environmental education. Caroline strives to make a positive impact through both her educational activities and research and aims to inspire the next generation of environmental stewards. She is particularly invested in Environmental Education (EE) for children and currently leads the EE research theme within the Centre for Freshwater and Environmental Studied (CFES) at DkIT.

Heitor Laforga de Araujo Monteiro, IADT

N-TUTORR fellow

Fellowship project: "An Ethical Guide for Sustainable and Inclusive Creative Practice for Students of Creative Arts, Design & Media Technologies"

Heitor is an IADT graduate, designer and creative leveraging design for good and visual communication to promote and inspire positive change.

Rachel Moloney, MTU

N-TUTORR Fellow

Fellowship project: "Purchasing Hyrdoponics units to grow food on campus"

Rachel is a qualified Biology and Science post-primary teacher with a BSc and MSc in Nutritional Sciences. She has also just completed a Professional Diploma in Home Economics Education in Munster Technological University. She is passionate about nutrition and research and is interested in providing active learning opportunities to extend her Home Economics students learning.

Jack Sweeney, SETU

N-TUTORR Fellow

Fellowship project: "Headspace: A wellness programme for men and masculinity"

Jack is a PhD researcher in the area of suicide prevention working out of SETU Carlow and through the Men's Health Forum Ireland and the National Center For Men's Health.

Annette Sweeney, TU Dublin

Senior Lecturer and N-TUTORR Fellow

Fellowship project: "The Mindful Kitchen- Creative Food Sustainability"

Annette Sweeney is a senior lecturer in culinary arts at Technological University Dublin-Tallaght Campus. She is the creator of ‘The Mindful Kitchen Project’ which includes a series of co-created modules for chefs on Health and Wellbeing, Creativity & Social Gastronomy, and recently the awarding of the NTUTTOR fellowship to design a module on Creative Food Sustainability. These modules engage young chefs in mindful practices to benefit their health and wellbeing, creativity and work practices, enabling confidence to affect change.

Gayle Tarmey, TUS

Fellowship Project: "The development of the Outdoor Classroom to Enhance Teaching and Learning"

Gayle Tarmey came to TUS following a successful career in Multi Unit Hospitality Management and has worked between the department of Business , Hospitality, Tourism & Leisure and CPDOL for four years. She leads and contributes to a number of EDS and CPID projects across TUS and is based on the Athlone Campus.
