Tallaght is delighted to offer the BA (Hons) Degree Programme in Early Childhood Care and Education. The course opens up opportunities for students to have a fulfilling and challenging career in the Early Childhood Care and Education sector. The degree is internationally recognised and it equips people to work in Ireland and in many other countries around the world.  The course is taught through lectures, tutuorials and practicals. Students also complete  a work placement in year 2 and 3 of the programme. 

These works palcements provide students with the chance to apply what they have learnt in their lectures to the real world of early childhood care and education.
