Leadership Development ProgrammeClár Forbartha Ceannaireachta

This course is eligible for 50% funding through the HCI Micro-Credential Course Learner Subsidy. Please refer to the fees and how to apply sections for specific details and eligibility criteria.

The TU Dublin Leadership Development Programme enables current and aspiring leaders to transform their leadership capability and impact. The programme is designed around three pillars of personal leadership (including leadership style, personal effectiveness and well-being), team leadership (including establishing and leading high performance teams) and leading in context (including an exploration of how leaders navigate new ways of working, sustainability and emerging technologies).

Applicants should hold:

  • A Level 8 Honours degree or equivalent qualification.

Bootcamp 4 full days, plus online delivery and self-directed learning. Timetabled days to be confirmed.

Applications for HCI learners subsidised programmes will open at the end of April 2025 for entry in September 2025.

Assessment will in the form of an in-depth individual leadership assessment and reflective diary.
