Important Notice for Non-EU Applicants Applying for Part-Time Courses
Part-Time Study Restrictions:

- Non-EU applicants resident in Ireland on a Stamp 2 visa cannot register for part-time courses, as part-time study does not meet student visa requirements.
Exceptions:
- If you are already in Ireland on a different visa (e.g., work visa, dependent visa), you may be eligible for part-time study.
- Holders of Stamp 1, Stamp 1G, Stamp 3 or Stamp 4 may study part-time, subject to the conditions of their visa.
- International Protection Applicants (e.g., asylum seekers) have the right to access education in Ireland and may apply for part-time courses.
