Fionnuala is a Senior Lecturer at TU Dublin, currently working as Team Leader on the Educational Model Project (2021-2024) at the University. Fionnuala is also involved with delivering Unconscious Bias training, is a member of the the University’s Athena Swan application working group and the University’s Race-Equity working group. Fionnuala's teaching areas are on Diversity in the Workplace, HRM and Organisational Behaviour. Her recent doctorate research (EdD 2016-2020) focuses on inclusion and belonging in higher education for BME students.
Research/Practice Interests: Diversifying the Curriculum, The student experience through the development of an educational model for TU Dublin, Inclusion and belonging for BME students.
