Ashley O’Donoghue is an experienced Human Resource and Organisation Development professional in both industry and higher education sectors. Demonstrated leadership in the design and implementation of equality strategy and associated actions plans to support diversity and a culture of inclusion. Ashley has worked with diverse stakeholders including senior management, staff and unions to create a vision and shared understanding of the enablers and barriers to equality and diversity and gain active support and commitment for equality initiatives. She is Head of Staff Learning & Development in the Technological University Dublin and her research investigates the influence of constructive and destructive leadership styles on follower emotions and their well-being (job satisfaction, engagement) and ill-being (workaholism, burnout) at work.
