- Feel overwhelmed by adjusting to various aspects of university life, such as timetables, teaching styles, and deadlines
Try to not miss lectures
- Use AT provided to you by DSS
- Read around your subjects
Get support early
- Contact the Disability Support Service (DSS) to register with the service. This will enable you to avail of learning support, AT support and the Autism Coordinator.
- Seek support from various resources, such as the Maths Learning Centre (1-1 support/group), Academic Writing Centre, lecturers, classmates/study groups, friends, tutors, and class representatives.
- If unsure if the course is right for you, speak to your course tutor, career development centre, or campus life support.

- Get to know your physical surroundings in relation to your campus.
