Struggling with maths? Getting along OK but know that you can do better? Come along to the Mathematics Learning Centre!
We have a team of dedicated tutors who provide free, impartial and non-judgemental support to students of all mathematical abilities. No appointment is necessary, just drop in to one of our centres with your notes, and one of our tutors will help you, on a one-to-one basis, in any area of maths you find difficult.
This is a free service available to all undergraduate students from any programme in TU Dublin. Students can attend as many times as they wish.
Please note
- The Centre is usually open from teaching weeks 2 to 13. There is no need to make an appointment, just drop in! You can find the timetable here.
- Bring in your lecture notes, tutorial sheets, text books and anything else you can which will help us understand what you are being taught.
- If you are stuck on a particular question, bring in any attempts to the Centre.
- If you are having difficulties in general with maths, you should attend the Centre regularly and as early in the academic year as possible.
