The gym facility on the Grangegorman campus offers a wide range of equipment and programs to support your fitness and well-being goals. It includes a cardio and resistance training area with the latest Technogym equipment, as well as a strength and conditioning zone featuring squat racks and dumbbells. Members can avail of a personalized fitness program, free consultations with professional trainers, and a variety of Fitness classes delivered in our beautiful studios in Lower House, all in a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The gym also provides convenient amenities such as changing rooms, showers, and secure lockers. Whether you're looking to start a new workout routine or enhance your training, the gym facility has everything you need to stay fit and active.

  • Friday: 7:30 AM - 6:45 PM
  • Weekend: Closed

How to get to Glassmanogue Gym

Fitness Studios (Lower House):

The Lower House at Grangegorman is a vibrant hub for fitness and student activities at TU Dublin. It features modern studios in refurbished in the oldest building on campus. The first-floor spin studio, equipped with Keiser M3i bikes, offers energizing cardio classes, while the second-floor group fitness studio hosts activities such as circuits, kettlebells, HIIT, Pilates, and self-defense groups - Krav Maga/Taekwondo/Jujitsu and more.

Both multipurpose studios are equipped with large screens and high-quality audio systems, making them ideal for fitness, group or corporate workshops, and community events.

Spin Studio 

  • State-of-the-art spin studio with Keiser M3i bikes to help deliver on your fitness goals. Located on the 1st floor Lower House in LH 107 is the home for spin in TU Dublin. Low impact cardio classes that will get you feeling energized and fit.

Group Fitness Studio 

  • Located on the 2nd floor is suitable for group fitness classes including circuits, kettlebells, HIIT, pump, Pilates and more! Home to our TU Dublin self-defense club train in this space.

Sport Pitches

  • Pitch 1: Full-size natural turf soccer and rugby pitch. Our grass pitch in Grangegorman is available to book for both competitive fixtures and recreational sessions.
  • Pitch 2: Full-size natural turf GAA pitch. Our GAA grass pitch in Grangegorman is available to book for both competitive fixtures and recreational sessions.
  • Pitch 3: Full-size synthetic soccer pitch. Our FIFA-approved all-weather soccer pitch is available for both competitive fixtures and recreational sessions. It can cater to a variety of sports. Soccer formats: 11-a-side, 8-a-side, 7-a-side, and 5-a-side.
  • Pitch 4: Synthetic surface with 3 tennis courts, hockey, and soccer training area. Our 1G pitch has 3 tennis courts available and can cater for both soccer and hockey training sessions. Soccer formats: 7-a-side, 5-a-side.
  • Multi-use playing surface includes multi-goal ends for basketball and 5-a-side soccer.
  • 4 changing rooms with four shower blocks and male and female toilet blocks.

Please note: Pitch availability is limited in Grangegorman from September to April.
