How to get to Lower House
Small group sessions tailored to your fitness goals and needs!
A dedicated 5 week Pilates programme will improve your posture, strengthen your abdominal and back muscles, increase mobility and flexibility while improving coordination and balance.. You can expect an enjoyable full body challenge that will leave you feeling exhilarated.
Delivered as a 5-week course, with two 60mins session a week.

Our team delivers fun workouts for schools to help increase physical activity and awareness of good health. Exercise sessions our delivered in our fitness studios and sports grounds to give children a taster of all sports and exercise activities.
