Áine has been a Sports Assistant since September 2023 and is currently in her third year studying Sports Studies in Tallaght.

She has a passion for fitness and health, and in her spare time, she loves going to the gym and staying as active as possible. Áine’s interest in the industry is centered around exercise and how it can positively impact people's lives.
