ASSESSMENT CENTRES
Increasingly organisations use assessment centres as a key part of their recruitment process. Lasting between one and two days, they can be used for initial screening of candidates or after first interview stage. You will be expected to participate in a range of interactive activities and exercises while being observed and rated by a number of assessors.
