Narrative Therapy is a post-modern approach that seeks to be respectful and non-blaming and centre the person as the expert of their own life and the stories they tell.

 

We have a tendency to frame our life through the stories that we tell ourselves, although these stories may not always be helpful or true.

 

During this practical session, Anima Ganguly, introduces a method we can use to reframe our life stories to strengthen our coping skills and regain our sense of self.
