To address unconscious bias in the higher education sector, the HEA Expert Report on Gender (2016) and the DoES Gender Action Plan (2018), recommend Unconscious Bias training for staff.
In support of our TU Dublin equality strategy and the UN Susatinable Development Goals of Reduced Inequality and Gender Equality, Staff Development is providing a 3 hour training workshop to create an understanding of how unconscious bias can influence our interactions and decision making with implications for equality of access and inclusion.
