Maximum Number of Attendees: 8 Per Trainer
Participants must hold a valid Manual Handling Certificate. Participants who have completed this course will be able to safely use an evacuation chair and form as part of the evacuation policy and strategy.

- Meet your legal obligations for any person with a disability
- Be kept up-to-date with new regulations.
Course Content
- Introduction, description, and limitations of the evacuation chair.
- Safety considerations.
- Chair design.
- Method of use.
- Safety requirements prior to, during and after use.
- Practical use of the evacuation chair.
Upon completion of this course, you will recieve a National Safety Centre Certificate of Attendance, which is valid for three years.
