Course Objectives:

To educate staff in awareness of bullying, harassment and sexual harassment and the protections and responsibilities they have under the TU Dublin Policy Dignity & Respect at Work HRP003

To support managers to understand their responsibility to implement this policy.

 

Learning Outcomes:

On completion of the Programme you will:

  • Be aware of the TU Dublin Dignity & Respect at Work Policy and Procedures
  • Understand what is meant by bullying, harassment and sexual harrassment.
  • Be aware of your responsibilities in relation to workplace behaviour and the need to promote and manage a positive working environment.
  • Understand the procedures under this Policy if a staff member reports an incident to you of bullying, harassment or sexual harassment.
  • Be aware of the supports available to you including the Dignity & Respect at Work Contact Colleagues Updated March 2021 and the Employee Assistance Service
