Target Audience:
Management staff in TU Dublin who are required to conduct PMDS Personal Development Plan (PDP) meetings with members of staff.
Objectives:
On successful completion of this course participants will:
- be aware of the threat of Unconscious Bias in Performance Management & Development
- link the role of PMDS to Strategy Implementation
- know how PMDS enhances Employee Engagement
- be able to explain the TU Dublin PMDS Process
- know how to conduct an effective Performance Conversation & Goal Setting

PMDS and Strategic Planning

Team Development Plans
Team Development plans contain an agreed list of PMDS objectives for a group, together with an action plan setting out how they will be achieved. The TDP will also list any dependencies and issues which have to be resolved in order to achieve the plan, along with any identified group requirements for training and development.
