The Leave and Benefits Team have full responsibility for all HR transactions that are non-resourcing related activities for the TU Dublin, Grangegorman.  They are:

Process Management

  • Absence Management Process
  • Administration of all leave (including Adoptive, Compassionate, Force Majeure, Maternity, Marriage, Parental, Paternity, Jury Duty and Shorter Working Year)
  • Appointment of Hourly Paid Staff
  • Administration of the Cycle to Work Scheme
  • Administration of the Tax Saver Commuter Scheme
  • Administration of verification documents
  • CORE updates

Guidance and Support

  • Supporting employees and line managers during long term absences and line managers in the management of casual absences and staff wellbeing
  • CORE support to staff and line managers

We also work with the appointed service providers to ensure a successful relationship and quality of service:
