Leave and Benefits - TU Dublin
The Leave and Benefits Team have full responsibility for all HR transactions that are non-resourcing related activities for the TU Dublin, Grangegorman. They are:
Process Management
- Absence Management Process
- Administration of all leave (including Adoptive, Compassionate, Force Majeure, Maternity, Marriage, Parental, Paternity, Jury Duty and Shorter Working Year)
- Appointment of Hourly Paid Staff
- Administration of the Cycle to Work Scheme
- Administration of the Tax Saver Commuter Scheme
- Administration of verification documents
- CORE updates
Guidance and Support
- Supporting employees and line managers during long term absences and line managers in the management of casual absences and staff wellbeing
- CORE support to staff and line managers
