HR People Partners
The HR People partners are a team of HR Professionals who support the strategic & operational objectives of TU Dublin by providing a comprehensive, professional and efficient HR support, advice and guidance to the senior managers of Faculties and Central Directorates in line with the university’s people plan.
HR People partners will act as an interface between individual faculties and Support Divisions, and specialised HR teams including Workforce Strategy, People Development, Workplace Relations and HR Systems and Reporting. They operate in a consulting and advisory model to ensure that people strategies are aligned with the University's objectives, values, and goals, and are implemented effectively.
Meet the team
Our HR People partnering team provides a wide range of HR services to colleges and units of the University. The team is assigned to specific faculties and support divisions to work closely with the senior management, contributing to strategic decision-making and providing advice and solutions. HR People partner typically spend time physically located in the colleges and units they support, working as a part of the management teams allows them to establish strong relationships, develop a deep understanding of operational and strategic challenges, and implement best practice initiatives aligned with University policies and procedures.
