Founder and CEO of Dublin Whiskey Company in which she secured the Dublin 8 site, developed the brand, received planning permission, designed the distillery and ultimately sold to Quintessential Brands UK (rebranded it as the Dublin Liberties Distillery)

Cape Clear Island- Gin Development & Strategy
Monasterevin Distillery Project with former owner such that it was acquired by Jewelfield Ltd

Founding Member of the Irish Whiskey Association (2014)
Founder & Adjunct Lecturer of the BSc Degree in Brewing & Distilling Technological University Dublin (2016)
PhD Co-Supervisor assessing the use of raw materials and production by-products from the Irish brewing and distilling sector and offering more sustainable measures/approaches to their development and disposal (TU Dublin)
