My background and experienced is extensive. I started my career as a Design Structural Engineer and developed my career in Consulting Engineering and Project Management. Working for companies such as ABM Europe, White Young Green and Balzar Engineering, I have been responsible for not alone the Design, Engineering and Project Management of projects, but also the management and coordination of numerous teams, developed the practice of understanding, developing and deploying people and their skills. I am now in the area of Lecturing and Specialist Training and lecturer at Technological University Dublin, where I specialise in a number of areas.
