Peter Stafford is a practicing barrister. He was formerly director of the construction and property sector in Ibec, and director of policy and public affairs in the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland.
Peter was a member of the secretariat of the Commission on the Future of Policing in Ireland, and is a member of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Tribunal.
Peter holds Masters degrees in Social Research from the Faculty of Economics (Manchester University) and Public and Political Communications (Dublin City University); Doctorate in Government (Manchester University); Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Studies (Honorable Society of King's Inns).
He was called to the Bar of Ireland as a Barrister-at-law in July 2015, having graduated with Merit from the Honorable Society of King's Inns.
