I have lectured at TU Dublin since 2004. The key subjects that I focus on include development land valuations and appraisal, investment analysis and portfolio management. In addition to lecturing, I also set up and have acted as chair of the MSc Real Estate at TU Dublin. Prior to 2004, I worked in real estate, capital markets and property finance in London and Dublin. My areas of research interest include property development, developer decision making and behaviour. In addition, I am very interested in real estate performance measurement both from an investment and development perspective. I completed a PhD in urban studies at the University of Glasgow, my MBS at Dublin City University and my undergraduate degree at TU Dublin (formerly DIT/ Trinity College Dublin).
