  • Pastoral Care - They offer a safe, confidential space where you can share your concerns and worries openly, no matter what they may be. The team is there to listen, support, and guide you in any way they can. Available 24/7, there always there when you need them - whether its for advice, insight, or simply a listening ear.   • Student Counselling Service - The TU Dublin Student Counselling Service provides free, confidential counselling sessions exclusively for TU Dublin students. The team includes fully qualified psychologists, pyschotherapists, and assistant psychologists, ready to support you. They are available Monday - Friday, from 09:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM 
  • Disability Support Service - The TU Dublin Disability Support Service ensures students with disabilities have equal access to educational opportunities. We provide confidential one-to-one needs assessments, tailoring supports based on individual requirements to help every student thrive

  • Transitions Co-Ordinator, Computer Learning Centre - The Transitions Coordinator supports first-year students from Faculty of Computing, Digital and Data—whether coming from secondary school, further education, or the workplace—as they transition into university. Their role focuses on fostering academic and social readiness, helping students become confident, independent learners while building strong connections with their peers, campus, and the broader TU Dublin community
  • Access Support Service - This service provides dedicated support to Access Students throughout their undergraduate journey at TU Dublin. Access Students are those under 23 years of age who enter the university through one of four Access entry routes: HEAR, Access TU Dublin, QQI Access TU Dublin, or the Access Foundation Programme

The Hub is here for all students across all campuses, including those accessing specialist services
  • IT Support - There is a self-service portal that allows you to log and track your calls with Technology Services 24/7. The portal also contains a knowledge base, a repository containing easily retrievable information about our services.
  • Accommodation & Living in Ireland - Choosing where to live in Dublin is a big decision. While we don’t offer on-campus housing, we’re here to help you explore and navigate off-campus accommodation options
  • Exams Office - For any help with Exam timetables, Exams FAQs, Exam results, Exam past papers
  • Financial Support - The Student Assistance Fund (SAF) offers financial support to students facing short- or long-term financial difficulties. Managed by the Higher Education Authority (HEA), it is funded by the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation, and Science (DFHERIS)
