Qualifications Summary: PhD, MSc, BA(Hons) 

I have a business background and come from Industry to academia with a wealth of industry experience.  Prior to being Head of Discipline for Management, I lectured in Strategic Management and Business Research Methods.  I am interested in family business research and how family firms transition successfully across generations.  I have served as a judge on Family Business Case Study Competitions in conjunction with the University of Vermont.

I am an advocate for adult learning pathways and believe that we never stop learning no matter how old we are.  Currently as part of a wider team, we are exploring ways to make learning more accessible to adult learners and modes of delivery that are student-centred and compatible with busy lifestyles.
