I am an experienced operations and project management professional currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) at the University of West London. With a proven track record of excellence in operational leadership and strategic administration, I am passionate about driving innovation and efficiency in organisational processes.
In my current role as Operations Lead I oversee the operational and administrative functions within the School of Management, People, and Organisations. I specialise in implementing best practices, streamlining processes, and managing cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless operation of the School.
Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong ability to secure and manage large-scale funding, including recently leading the School's involvement in a successful €1.5 million Horizon Europe consortium programme bid. My expertise extends to project management, financial management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership, with prior roles including the Convene Programme Administrator and International Manager at the School of Computer Science, where I managed multi-million euro projects such as Erasmus+ and Human Capital Initiative Pillar 3.
I hold a First Class Honours MSc in Project Management from TU Dublin and a BA Hons Degree in Business Management Studies and Sport Science from St Mary’s University, Twickenham. My international experience spans roles in Australia and the UK.
