The School of Management, People and Organisations (MPO) aligns four disciplines of HRM, Management, Strategy & Leadership, and Organisation Studies. The School will connect these fields of business through the engaging content, flexible structure, and innovative learning pedagogies on its programmes as well as through its leading edge research outputs, so that the mutual interests of its students, alumni, external professional networks and employers will be championed and developed.
