The School of Hospitality Management and Tourism engages in a range of research activity with research projects funded by the European Commission, the Irish Research Council and TU Dublin research funding.

Research activity focuses on a number of themes including:

• Scholarship of Teaching and Learning

All our research is undertaken by research groups consisting of academic staff, research staff and PhD students. In its research activities, the school collaborates with a number of other universities and with tourism, sport & leisure, hospitality and event industry stakeholders both in Ireland and across the world.
