Our School has two training restaurant laboratories which are open to staff, students and the public.  This is a class environment and part of students' modules.  We also have a Culinary Shop where goods baked in our bakery and pastry laboratories are sold each day.  To find out more about the training restaurant and how to book a table or to learn more about what the Culinary Shop has to offer please see below.
