Postgraduate research in The School of Culinary Arts and Food Technology focuses on all aspects of food and beverage studies, including Food History, Gastronomy, Beverage Studies, Culinary Education, Restaurants and Foodservice Operations, Food in Literature and the Media, Culinary Science (including Molecular Gastronomy), Food Product Development and Sustainability.
