Alumni

Here at the School of Culinary Arts & Food Technology we are proud to celebrate the success of our past students.

Entrepreneur and founder of The Ballsy Baker Emily Usher is a past student of our school. Following her graduation from our Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Culinary Arts programme in 2015 Emily set up her company called The Ballsy Baker, which has gone from strength to strength and now supplies over 100 cafés with homemade premium protein balls.

Emily comes back to visit us once a year to speak to current students, and shares her valuable insight and experience in the industry.

It is always a pleasure to welcome Emily back to our school, and to see and hear how The Ballsy Baker is thriving is truly inspirational to our current students. We wish Emily every continued success and look forward to seeing her again soon.

The 10th annual Murphia List, in association with Bord Bia, showcases the Irish talent contributing to the creativity of London's food and drink scene. With quite a few of our past graduates featured it is great to see so much Irish talent in London's food and drink scene right now.
