TU Dublin School Art and Design staff and students are involved with several community based partnerships.
Community based projects with 1st year Interior Design students - redesigning spaces within the buildings, in groups:
2021: St.John of God’s, Islanbridge/Tallaght. – Centres for physically/mentally disabled adults.
2020: StepByStep Youth education support, Smithfield, Dublin 7.
2019: St.John of God’s, Islandbridge, Dublin 8. – Centre for physically/mentally disabled adults.
2018: Eve Enterprises, Tuiscint, Inchicore, Dublin 8 – Centre for youths with physical/mental disabilities.
2017: Salvation Army, Eden Quay, Dublin 1. ‘Nightlight’ – Accommodation for teenagers in crisis.
2015: Crosscare Cafes, Dublin - Dun Laoghaire, Aungier St., Holles Row and Portland Row. Cafes for homeless charity.
2013: Core Youth Services, St. Michael’s Parish Youth Project, Inchicore, Dublin 8. After school spaces for kids and teenagers.
