TU Dublin Healthy Campus Cookbook
Recipe Competition TU Dublin's Healthy Campus is collaborating with the School of Biological, Health and Sports Sciences in the creation of the TU Dublin Sustainable Cookbook Volume two. We’re inviting recipe submissions from students and staff that are healthy and sustainable.

Healthy Food Made Easy Programme for Students & Staff
We are delighted to offer students and staff the opportunity to register for the Healthy Food Made Easy Programme, a free 6-week online cook-a-long programme delivered by the HSE. Programme starts Tuesday 18 February for staff and Wednesday 19 February for students, 7-9:pm. Register here.

Are you ready to take on a new fitness challenge? Week commencing 03 March, join the Couch-to-5km programme at TU Dublin! Whether you are a complete beginner or just looking to get back into running, this program is the perfect way to gradually build your stamina and confidence.

Quit Smoking and Vaping Programme
