Frances holds a BEd (Hons) from NUI, an MEd in Educational Management and an MSc in IT in Education from TCD, and a Doctorate (EdD) from the University of Sheffield.
As Digital Education Manager she works to ensure the consolidation of an institutional approach to the development of effective digital education, and the development of associated enabling policies and strategies, in response to current and evolving needs. She chairs the Digital Education Policy Implementation Working Group, leads the HyFlex Community of Practice, oversees a range of digital education projects, and contributes to the MSc in Education, CPD short courses, and other professional development opportunities for staff in the area of digital education.
