Michael holds an MSc in Data Science & Analytics (1st Class Honours). He is currently assigned to the Faculty of Arts & Humanities as the Academic Quality Advisor. Michael's principal role is to work with the faculty, schools and disciplines, and associated academic staff, to ensure the successful implementation and adherence to all academic policies, and quality assurance and enhancement procedures as defined within the Quality Framework, and to ensure alignment with the Education Model. The experience and expertise that Michael brings to the Quality Framework Team includes: 20 years’ experience of managing the Student Records Management System, supporting the student lifecycle in all stages from admission, registration, examination through to graduation; 10 years’ experience in Quality Assurance & Compliance encompassing programme design, validation, configuration and review; 12 years’ experience of managing the Programme & Module Catalog (Akari).
