Carole has been working in Academic Affairs for a number of years, where her student-facing experience in Registrations and Examinations has proved very valuable.
She is the Assistant Head, Academic Affairs – Operations responsible for managing the workloads and assignments of an Operations team of nine administrative staff within Academic Affairs, ensuring appropriate levels of support for Academic Council and its sub-committees, the appeals process etc. and cross-functional administrative support for the other Academic Affairs teams. She also works closely with the Head of Academic Affairs to ensure timely and comprehensive reporting from Academic Affairs on all matters relating to HR, finance, risk etc.
