Develop Capabilities of all Staff to Support Digital Transformation, Resilience and Sustainability in Higher Education

Stream 2 is concerned with building staff capability to support digitally enabled student learning and services. This will enable the development and transformation of Higher Education capacity to support the student experience in a holistic way. 

The focus of the Develop Capabilities of all Staff to Support Digital Transformation, Resilience and Sustainability in Higher Education Work Package is on developing the capabilities of all staff working in the Technological University sector. This will have a particular emphasis on teaching, learning & assessment and digital transformation, resilience & sustainability. A baseline of staff digital capability will be established to enable planning, coordination and recognition of staff engagement with professional development activities, both on a national and institutional level.
