Stream 1 - Work Package 1.3

Academy for Sustainability, Leadership & Employability

The Academy for Sustainability, Leadership & Employability Work Package focusses on the creation of flexible and accessible self-directed learning pathways for students.

Students will be empowered to learn and develop skills focused on global priorities and challenges and build a ‘Digital Backpack’ of credentials. Opportunities will be created to enable students to develop skills and literacy in sustainability and global citizenship, digital identity and transformation, Equality Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) and mental health and well-being.

This development will be supported by the N-TUTORR Student Ambassador programme which will enable students to drive change and actively engage in the development of their Digital Backpack.

Further engagement will be achieved through the related N-TUTORR Fellowship Programme, with both these initiatives working together to empower students to drive change and engagement, at their university, across the region and nationally.
