Student Champion: Universal Design for Learning
Fatima Khan is a student studying BSc (Hons) Medical Science in the School of Biological, Health and Sports Sciences. She is based in the Grangegorman campus. Fatima is an N-TUTORR Student Champion who is engaging in the thematic area of Universal Design for Learning (UDL).
She is passionate about this theme due to her belief that all students should be provided with equal opportunities to learn and succeed. As a Student Champion, she is striving to raise awareness and implement UDL for the benefit of the teaching and learning sphere. She will be engaging in a variety of activities for the N-TUTORR project such as facilitating panel discussions and hosting workshops in order to develop student engagement within TU Dublin. She hopes to create a lasting impact on students and staff through these activities. Thus, transforming the student experience with regards to teaching, learning and assessment.
