Dr. Phil Mulvaney

WS 3.3 - Lead

Phil was a major contributor to the application for TU designation and was the architect of Tallaght’s Learning, Teaching and Assessment Strategy. Phil has managed a several projects to advance the university’s role in the provision of education and training, and research and innovation. Previously, Phil was Head of the Department of Management, responsible for academic leadership; achieving excellence in programme development and delivery; building and strengthening links with industry; community engagement and managing the development and implementation of quality assurance and enhancement processes. Her main publications, research and consultancy are in the areas of industrial innovation and economics of technological change. Since Transform EDU, Phil has taken up a role in Strategic Planning.
