Andy Maguire’s role during Transform EDU was to assist in strategically managing the extensive portfolio of TU Dublin activities in the area of sustainability, which cuts across campus operations, academic governance and education for sustainability. Any has been instrumental at placing the sustainable development goals at the core of TU Dublin’s strategic intent to 2030 alongside day-to-day management of campus based initiatives; education programmes; projects from local to international; and liaising with governmental, not-for-profit, and commercial bodies. Andy’s now works as Head of Industry and Innovation Services, supporting TU Dublin researchers whose interests lie in Energy, Environment, Transport, Food, and Mobility with research and innovation funding, technology transfer and industry liaison.
