Aiden is the director of the National Research Centre for Psychology, Education and Emotional Intelligence (PEEI). Aiden is an experienced academic and educational consultant and has been widely published in the fields of Applied Education and Emotional Intelligence. Aiden has extensive lecturing research experience in the field of psychology and is involved with postgraduate research supervision. He is currently acting as principal supervisor for five PhD students and provides mentorship for academic supervisors. Aiden is a reviewer for a number of international research journals and is a board member of the Graduate Research School at TU Dublin and an associate member of the Centre for Mental Health and Community Research at NUI Maynooth.
