After logging into Brightspace you have 24-hour chat and email access to "Brightspace 24/7 Helpdesk by D2L" (on the bottom right corner of the screen 'Get Help').
- Look for the 'Get Help' bubble at the bottom right of the screen in Brightspace
- The Brightspace 24/7 Helpdesk by D2L can help you with any how-to questions about using the tools and functionality in Brightspace.
- If the 'Get Help' chatbot cannot answer your question you can chat with a real support expert from Brightspace.
