Teaching & Learning

At TU Dublin's Enterprise Academy, our mission is to provide a learning experience that meets the unique needs of professional learners. Our approach is designed to ensure that practical, relevant skills can be immediately applied in the professional environment. Our programmes integrate real-world scenarios, case studies and industry projects, helping to solve practical problems and drive success in the workplace.

The Enterprise Academy team is engaged in various teaching and learning initiatives, including the Convene/Enterprise Academy Fellowship programme, enterprise challenges for students and the development of an enterprise mindset across the university.

To date, we have supported 20 Fellowships across diverse sectors, leading to transformative programmes which include micro-credentials and digital badges.

Enterprise challenges involve collaboration with partners to help students identify and tackle urgent real-world problems, while the enterprise faculty model integrates staff from enterprise and academia, supported by professional development programmes and accredited talent development models, to foster ongoing collaboration.

Building connections is a key part of the learning experience, and our approach encourages collaboration through group projects, peer-to-peer learning and networking events, allowing an exchange of ideas, building valuable relationships with professionals from various industries.

We incorporate the latest educational technologies to enhance the learning experience, which ensures that you are equipped with cutting-edge tools and knowledge.

Our customisable learning paths are always designed to meet specific organisational goals and needs. We understand the demanding schedules of enterprise learners, so we offer flexible learning options, including blended, hybrid and online courses.
